What makes you feel good? It can be most anything. I also slept late today, which is a good thing, as Martha Stewart likes to say. Later I went grocery shopping with a cousin and we got to reminisce about a road trip we just returned from a few days ago. That was nice as was the shopping itself. I’ve noticed most stores are now into playing oldies music so I tend to dance my way along. On pretty much the opposite side of the music spectrum, I’ve had a Mozart CD in my laptop since yesterday. I’ve decided he’s not my favorite classical music composer, but, it is something different and variety is good as is stepping out of known comfort zones.
Just now I visited The Breast Cancer Site that lets you simply click once a day to allow someone to receive a free mammogram. Things as simple as this can make you feel good and that’s always good for your soul. I don’t remember to do it every day, so I’m very happy about it when I do.
So, whatever makes you smile or feel a little lighter, go and do it, even if you don’t leave the house.
Soulful Saturday

I love dancing my way through stores:) This is a good suggestion! (the cancer site) – Freerice.com is also a good one for donating.
