Say it Loud – Say it Proud! It’s time we write what we’re thankful about!

Looks like I’m goin first again ;)
I actually started my gratefulness list earlier in the week, thank the goodness! Because my memory is, how to put it nicely? Not the best! But I have ample resources for this post, because this week has given me much for which to give thanks.

My blessings are as follows: Having a loving, understanding sister

My very nice friend showed me around a beautiful part of town and went above and beyond in giving me his old camera – as he knows my obsessive love for photographing things
Another coworker brought me two – count ‘em – two! of my favorite sodas (Big Red) from the only place in NY that carries it (it’s a Texas-bred sweet treat!)
Earlier in the week I was feeling really good and creative about the packages I’ve been editing – having fun with them
Being loved and told I’m loved frequently by the amazing people in my life
Great weather on the day I went to the library for my sis
Painting with friends
Writing poems with sis (via the web)
Having good interactions with the landlord
Making mosaics with my friend Phil
Having a very fun Friday night chat/laugh/sing fest over dinner (and having amazing blue bell ice cream)
Hiking in the woods with my friend CoCo Saturday and getting hugs from her
Making a new friend named Chris who took me to a restaurant with a fabulous tuna appetizer, and to his friend’s art show
Having my car problems be far less bad than I’d thought.
The ability to chat with my mom and sis on a regular basis.
Having found the last few pages I’d written on my book
